How to reach Cesena
By plane : there is an airport (Ridolfi Airport) in Forlì so that the easiest way is to fly directly to Forlì. If you cannot find flights to this airport you can choose the airport in Bologna (Marconi Airport) (from the airport there is a taxi or a bus to the Bologna railway station - about 30 minutes -where you can take a train to Cesena - about 1 hour); another near airport is in Rimini (Federico Fellini Airport) (from the airport there is a taxi or bus to the Rimini railway station - about 20-30 minutes - where you can take a train to Cesena- about 20 minutes)

By train : there are direct local or long distance trains to Cesena from the main Italian railway stations. Info regarding the time and routes of the trains are available on the website http://www.trenitalia.it

By car : Cesena is well connected with the rest of Italy, thanks to a very good motorway network. The city is positioned along the A14 motorway which connects it to Bologna and Milan going North and to Bari going South. The City has two motorway exits: Cesena Nord and Cesena. To plan your travel by car you can use this site: www.viamichelin.com
